3.4. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv; therefore, our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment execution to the platform owner, Maksekeskus AS.

3.5. In addition to the cases mentioned above, we may disclose your personal data when fulfilling our legal obligations or when it is necessary to protect your or another individual’s interests. With your consent, we may also share your personal data with our marketing partners who provide us with marketing services.

3.6.The recipients specified in this section may also be located outside the Republic of Latvia, the European Union, or the European Economic Area. We will only transfer your personal data to third parties that comply with the requirements set out in the GDPR.
