Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

If the order is not paid within 5 business days, the Seller reserves the right to consider the order cancelled.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods or immediately after order payment, by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller by email at oficeallstars@inbox.lv.

The withdrawal notice must include the order number and the customer’s email address used during the order. Within 2 business days, the Seller will send a withdrawal form, which the Buyer must complete within 5 calendar days of receipt.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All costs related to returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

Refunds will only be issued to the same account from which the original payment was made.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • The ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature, spoil quickly, or are quickly consumed;
  • The ordered goods have a damaged or removed paper label;
  • The goods are custom-made according to the Buyer’s individual request;
  • The order concerns participation in a masterclass with a fixed date and time.

According to Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.”

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s withdrawal request or to charge a compensation fee in cases where the goods are damaged, mishandled, used contrary to instructions, or if the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchased goods can only be exchanged for the same product in a different color, provided that the original packaging is intact.

Exchanges can only be made in person and exclusively at the Allstars store (Riga, Brīvības gatve 202).
